The videos were reportedly shot while Ranu was promoting a beauty parlour, and was the showstopper at the event. At the end of the show, a glammed up Ranu walked the ramp alongside the designer, while the song Jalwa from the film ‘Fashion’ plays in the background. Some pics have also surfaced which show Ranu all made up and wearing beautiful designer clothes.

Ranu, who has been making tabloid headlines ever since she was discovered singing Lata Mangeshkar’s songs at the Ranaghat Railway Station in West Bengal.

However, Ranu has been courting controversy in recent times. Ranu Mondal had landed in the soup after a video of the crooner refusing to click a selfie with an adoring fan went viral.

Offended at being nudged on her arm, Ranu repeated asked the woman, “What is this?” in an accusatory tone. These acts earned the wrath of fans, and many alleged that stardom had gotten to the head of the humble singer from the Ranaghat Railway station. Ranu was also brutally trolled on social media for allegedly putting on airs, and memes poking fun of the social media superstar started doing the rounds.
