To inform about this development. Himesh took to his Instagram on Friday, and shared a video from the recording sessions of the track, which has been titled Aadat.

In the video, Ranu can be seen breaking into the melody of the song, composed by Himesh.

Sharing the video, Himesh wrote, “After the epic blockbuster track teri meri kahani , Recorded another track Aadat from happy hardy and heer in the divine voice of Ranu mandol , here’s the glimpse of the song , the alaap and voice over is the theme of happy hardy and heer , thanks for all your love and support.”

It may be recalled here that Ranu had already recorded a song called ‘Teri Meri Kahani’ earlier with Himesh. That song had become an overnight viral sensation, with numerous parodies and covers being uploaded by netizens in the days since its release.

Ranu came to prominence after a song of her singing Lata Mangeshkar’s ‘Ek Pyar ka Nagma Hai’ at the Ranaghat station, shot by one Atindra Chakraborty, was released on social media. Her soulful rendition of the immortal classic won the hearts of the nation, and she soon found herself being catapulted to social media superstardom. Her star is shining so brightly, in fact, that top-tier music directors from Bollywood are queuing up to sign her up for their upcoming projects.
